Return Policy

You have 7 days from your delivery date to contact Zumble regarding a return. All items must be UNOPENED to receive a refund. 

 

How to return:

 

Send an email to wecare@hellozumble.com informing Zumble that you'd like to make a return. We will respond to your email with the return address. This will be your confirmation that we have received your request. You have 7 days from the date of our response to ship the item(s). Upon receiving your tracking number, please email it to us and we will process a refund immediately. Otherwise, we will process the refund when the item has been received by Zumble. 

 

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. All items not returned within the given time frame and/or all items that have been opened are subject to approval by Zumble.
